Add to Calendar option for all orders - in the footer of orders add the option to 'Add to Calendar' for both the customer and the store manager/user: - either as one link to open a user's calendar or separate links for different types of calendars (Apple iCal, Outlook, Outlook Web, Office 365, Google)
