Country Based Restrictions

I would like to integrate the country based restriction plugin into the vendor dashboard (screenshots available here: https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/vendor-dashboard/products/ ) so that vendors can restrict visibility of their own products depending on where they ship.

We used the Country Based Restrictions PRO plugin to block product to a few countries. Now we need to show all blocked products last and unblock products first.

We are running a multivendor woocommerce website in many countries using WCFM, so how could we remove the country restrictions from the seller frontend so we as admins will be the only controller of the restrictions from our woocommerce backend and the seller don't see or control it. Many Thanks,
