Add an option at checkout for customers to select their preferred notification method — WhatsApp or SMS.
Background
Currently, merchants can send notifications via Twilio (WhatsApp and SMS).
Customers have no control over which channel they prefer.
Some customers may rely heavily on WhatsApp, while others prefer traditional SMS.
Requested Feature
At checkout, provide a simple choice:
✅ Receive order updates via WhatsApp
✅ Receive order updates via SMS
Store the customer’s selection in their order/account.
Use Twilio to send notifications via the chosen channel.
